Due to frequent gearbox damages caused by the cotter pin fracture,the differential housing needs to make technical change.The differential casing technology changes are demonstrated,and the factors which influence the quality,production capacity such as tool,equipment and production beat are analyzed.The improved techniques are realized and mass production is implementation.
