摘要
蜗杆传动是机械工程中重要的传动方式之一,但其齿形结构形状较复杂,如果应用传统方法进行建模,不仅过程烦琐,而且容易出错。本文利用Pro/ENGINEER的自上而下的设计思路,以骨架文件作为参照模型,实现了蜗杆传动的参数化设计,蜗轮与蜗杆结构参数的更改可以通过改变骨架模型的参数实现,提高了蜗杆传动的设计效率,为蜗杆传动结构建模提供了一种新方法。
The worm drive is one of the important transmission modes in mechanical engineering, but its tooth profile is complex, the application of traditional methods for modeling is cumbersome and error-prone. Top-down design ideas of PRO/ENGINEER is used and skeleton file is take as a reference model, achieving efficient parametric design of the worm drive. Worm and worm gear structure parameters can be changed by changing the parameters of the skeleton model to im- prove the design efficiency of the worm drive, a new method is provided in worm drive structure modeling.
