摘要 调节阀是自动控制系统的重要组成部分。调节阀由于外界环境的不同,引起压降比显著降低,使阀的工作流量特性与其固有特性相差很大,引起特性畸变,这种畸变给控制系统的设计带来了困难。本文利用Matlab软件对调节阀的流量特性畸变进行检测与判定,通过改变理想流量特性函数,将调节阀改变为任意符合一定要求的流量特性,实现对调节阀流量特性进行补偿。通过列举了几种畸变情况,利用该算法进行补偿,对仿真过程进行分析,得出该算法具有快速、灵活、容易编程实现且应对复杂多变能力强的特点。 The regulator is an important part of automatic control system. Regulating valve caused by external envi- ronment is different, the pressure drop ratio decreased significantly, the valve working flow characteristic and its inherent characteristics vary widely, cause characteristic distortion, the distortion brought difficulties to control system design. This paper, by using Matlab software to test the flow characteristic distortion of regulating valve with determination, by chan- ging the ideal flow characteristic function, the control valve to change flow characteristic for arbitrary meet certain require- ments, implementation of control valve flow characteristics to compensate. Through enumerates several kinds of distortion, using the algorithm to compensate, to analyze the simulation process, and concluded that the algorithm is fast, flexible, easy to programming to realize and deal with the characteristics of the complex and changeable ability.
