摘要
详细介绍了ADAMS中建模和参数设置的方法;利用ADAMS/Car模块建立某轿车麦弗逊式独立悬架和齿轮齿条转向机构组成的悬架系统,进行悬架模块中车轮包络面试验仿真,分析车轮在上下跳动、左右转动两种工况下轮胎的运动情况,得到轮胎在不同状态下的位置参数;根据ADAMS仿真结果,在CATIA软件中导入轮胎3D模型,生成轮胎的包络面。本文的设计方法对汽车底盘设计有一定的指导意义。
The method of building a model and setting parameter by use of ADAMS software are introduced in detail. A suspension assembly model with macpherson suspension and rack-pinion steering subsystem models are buih up in the ADAMS/Car, and the wheel envelope in suspension module is simulated. The position parameters of the wheel center and a fixed point on the wheal center axis can be obtained by inputting the wheel travel and steering angle. According to the simulation resuh, the 3D model of the front tire is imported into CATIA software. The wheel envelope entity can be ob- tained at last. The design process of the paper is heipful to the vehicle chassis design.
