摘要
通过熔体浸渍工艺制备了长玻纤PP母粒,然后与高流动PVC共混制备长玻纤增强PVC/PP复合材料,通过常规力学性能、维卡软化温度、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态力学性能(DMA)等表征手段,系统研究了长玻纤(GF)含量对PVC/PP/GF复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:玻纤与树脂有一定的粘接,纤维在基体树脂中起到了较好的承载作用,随着复合材料中长玻纤含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能均呈明显的增长趋势。
Long glass fiber master batch of PP were produced by Using a melt impregnation device. Effect of long glass fiber(LGF) amount on mechanical properties and thermal properties of PVC/PP composite have been studied by u- sing mechanical properties, Vicar Softening Poin, SEM and DMA. The result showed that the mechanical properties and thermal properties of PVC/PP composite to be different increase tendency.
