摘要
对于传统立轴冲击式破碎机转子设计上抛料头采用螺栓联接和外保护圈采用堆焊存在失去平衡造成设备损坏等问题,通过将抛料头直接插入上下圆盘的圆孔中和内外保护圈用螺栓固定在转子体的内外圆上等改进设计,解决了设备失衡损坏等问题,提高了设备可靠性和使用寿命,使得设备运行高效节能、成本降低,并且物料破碎粒形好。
