摘要
企业文化对组织竞争力的提升作用虽然已经获得普遍认同,但在实践中企业文化的建设效果并不明显,企业伪文化现象严重,从本质上深入剖析企业伪文化现象对企业文化的实践具有重要指导意义。文章从系统和动态的角度构建了由理想构面、现实构面和社会构面组成的企业文化三构面体系,在此基础上对企业伪文化的概念进行了系统界定,同时通过描述三构面间不同范围和层次的相互独立关系和状态概括了企业伪文化的形成机理。
Although it is well accepted that corporate culture can improve organization competition ability,the result of corporate culture practice is not satisfactory,and the corporate pseudo culture phenomenon is flooding. Therefore,it is of great guiding significance to the practice of corporate culture by analyzing the essence of corporate pseudo culture. Firstly, a three-dimension system of corporate culture is constructed, which consists of ideal dimension, realistic dimension and social dimension. Based on the system, the concept of corporate pseudo culture is defined, and its formation mechanism is generalized through analyzing the mutually exclusive relationships of the different ranges and levels among the three dimensions.
