摘要
降低管理者的压力,提高工作满意度对充分发挥国有企业管理者的影响力具有重要作用。文章通过对130名国有企业管理者进行问卷调查,运用SPSS15.0进行相关分析和分层回归分析,结果发现:工作压力与工作满意度呈显著负相关,心理资本与工作满意度呈显著正相关,心理资本对工作压力和工作满意度具有调节效应。此处,工作年限和月薪对国有企业管理者的工作压力有显著影响;心理资本水平高低在年龄和教育程度上有显著差异;性别对企业管理者工作满意度有显著影响。提高心理资本以及适当增加收入可以降低企业管理者的压力,提高工作的满意度。
Reducing the administrators’pressure and improving the job satisfaction play an important role in giving full play to the state-owned enterprise managers’influence. A questionnaire survey is conducted to collect data from 130 State-owned Enterprise Managers,using SPSS15. 0 correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed:work stress and job satisfaction have significant negative correlation;Psychological capital and job satisfaction have significant positive correlation;Psychological capital has a moderating effect on the work stress and job satisfaction. State-owned enterprise managers’working years and salary have significant effect on the work pressure;Level of psychological capital has significant difference in age and education degree;Gender has a significant influence on enterprise managers’ job satisfaction. Improving the psychological capital and increasing proper income can reduce the enterprise managers’pressure and improve job satisfaction.
