基础设施折旧与基础设施投资及科技进步关系的实证研究

The Empirical Study of How Depreciation of Infrastructure Affects Investment in Infrastructure and the Relationship Between Depreciation of Infrastructure and the Progress of Technology

文章利用中国30个省2001-2010年的面板数据就基础设施折旧对基础设施投资的影响进行实证分析,同时还用格兰杰因果检验研究了基础设施折旧与科技进步之间的因果关系。实证结果表明:人均基础设施折旧对人均基础设施投资有显著的促进作用。东部、中部和西部地区的基础设施折旧与科技进步有不同的因果关系。中部和西部地区采用加速折旧,东部地区仍然采用直线折旧有利于缩小东部、中部和西部地区人均基础设施投资的差距。

In this paper, we collect 30 provinces’2001-2010 panel data in China to demonstrate and analyze the depreciation of infrastructure’impact to the investment in infrastructure,and also use the Granger test to test the relationship between depreciation of infrastructure and the progress of technology. The empirical results show that：the per capita of infrastructure is significantly positive to per capita investment in infrastructure. The Granger test of the relationship between depreciation and the progress of Technology in the east, the middle and the west shows rather different results. It comes out when the west and the middle adopt accelerated depreciation,the east still uses the straight-line depreciation,the gap between per capita infrastructure investment in the east,the middle and the west can become smaller.
