摘要
为降低平菇和白灵菇培养料的成本,以平菇品种双抗黑平8、白灵菇品种ACCC50869为试材,选用棉籽皮为主的培养料为对照,用一定比例的棉柴替代棉籽皮设置了不同的培养料配方处理,研究了不同棉柴比例对发菌速度和鲜菇产量的影响。结果表明:平菇培养中,处理Ⅱ(棉紫替代比例为30.70%)的菌丝生长较快,产量最高(238.31 g/袋),经济效益较高(产投比为1.578),为最佳培养料配方;白灵菇培养中,以处理Ⅱ(棉柴替代比例为25.83%)的菌丝生长较快,产量最高(231.35 g/袋),经济效益较高(产投比为4.62),为最佳培养料配方。在平菇和白灵菇培养料中当棉柴与棉籽皮比例均为2∶1时,培养效果较好,菌丝生长速度较快,产量较高,并可有效降低原料成本。
In order to reduce the cost of culture material,different formuta treatments was designed with different proportion cotton stalk instead of cottonseed hull in the substrate of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus nebrodensis,and taking the cultivation material mainly with cottonseed hull as control,the effects of different proportion of cotton stalk on hypha growth rate and fresh mushroom yield of were studied.The results showed that the hypha growth was more rapidly,the yield was highest,and the economic benefit was higher with treatment Ⅱ in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus nebrodensis.Therefore,when the ratio of cotton straw and cottonseed hull was 2∶ 1,the culture effect was better,hypha growth was more rapidly,the yield was higher,and the cost of raw materials was effectively reduced.
