文章设计一种新颖、简单实用、运行可靠、成本低廉的热释电红外感应全自动冲床安全保护器。采用热释电红外传感器作为探头,通过对人手是否存在的自动检测来控制继电器触点的通断,再由继电器触点工作状态,控制交流接触器线圈电路的接通与断开,实现冲床电动机运行与停止,达到安全保护目的。

This article has designed one kind novel,simple practical,the movement reliable,the cost inexpensive pyroelectric infrared induction completely automatic punch press security protector.Use the pyroelectric infrared sensor to take the probe head,it through to manpower whether exists the automatic detection control relay electronic contact make-and-break,by the relay electronic contact active status,causes the control again and separates with the exchange contact device coil electric circuit connection,realizes the punch press electric motor movement and the stop,achieves the safekeeping of security goal.
