河北省平山县农村信息化发展的障碍因素分析

Analysis on Obstacle Factors of Rural Information Development in Pingshan County of Hebei Province

农村信息化建设的目的是为农民提供有效信息,提高农民在农业生产过程中的生产效率和收入水平,推动区域经济快速发展。近年来,在中央1号文件的指导下,我国农村信息化得到了长足的发展,而作为山区,由于受到地势的影响,信息化发展一直停滞不前。作者结合河北省平山县的实际情况,走访当地农户,对农户的基本情况进行了详细的调查,对阻碍山区农户信息化发展的障碍因素进行了分析,旨为促进山区信息化发展、提高当地农民的收入水平提供理论参考。

Rural informatization construction is to provide useful information for farmers,improve the production efficiency and level of income of the farmers,promote the rapid development of regional economy.In recent years,under the guidance of the Central Document No.1,rural informatization in China has been rapidly developped,while the development of informatization in mountain area always remain stagnant because of the influence of terrain.The basic situation of farmers in Pingshan County of Hebei Province was investigated in detail through the visit and combined with the actual situation,obstacle factors in rural informatization development were analyzed to provide theory references for promoting the informationization development and improving the incomes of local mountain farmers.
