摘要
根据膨胀剂的微膨胀机理,提出了水泥稳定碎石中掺膨胀剂的思路,用以减少水泥稳定碎石的收缩变形,并采用均匀设计方法安排试验,运用SPSS统计软件分析试验结果,确定了影响掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石基层路用性能的主要因素和最佳配合比,室内试验表明,掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石具有较高的强度和较小的收缩系数。
According to the micro expansion mechanism of expansion agent,this paper put forward the thought of mixing expansion agent in cement stabilized macadam,so as to reduce the deformation mechanism of cement stabilized macadam,and used uniform design method to arrange the test,analyzed the test results using SPSS statistical software,determined the main factors and best mix rate influence of road performance of mixing expansion agent cement stabilized macadam base,the inner test results showed that the mixing expansion agent cement stabilized macadam had higher strength and lower shrinkage coefficient.
