通过对山东科技大学住宅区建筑外墙节能改造实例,提出一种既有建筑外墙节能改造方案和保温体系的具体施工方法,以消除房间内墙结露、发霉现象,达到节能降耗的目的。

According to the energy-saving reconstruction example of architectural external walls at residential zones of Shandong University of Science and Technology,the paper points out the energy-saving reconstruction scheme and the construction methods of the insulation system for existing building external walls,so as to eliminate the moisture condensation and mildew at internal walls of houses and achieve energy-saving and consumption reduction.
