通过分析材料设备价格的组成内容,确定采购及保管费是其构成部分,并指出建设单位组织甲供材料设备采购供应保管等工作,发生的管理费用不属于建设单位管理费开支范围,应当依法合规使用采购及保管费。

Through the analysis on composition content of materials and equipments price,this paper determined the purchasing and storage fees are its components,and pointed out that the construction units organized the first supply materials and equipments procurement and supply management and other works,the management fee did not belong to the expenditure scope of construction unit management fee,should rationally use of procurement and supply management fees in accordance with law.
