摘要
对设计变更和现场签证的概念以及这两个因素对工程造价的影响进行了分析,提出了有利于加强现场签证和设计变更的有效措施,从而保障整个建设工程施工的完整性,同时为有效的控制工程造价提供了科学合理的参考依据。
The paper analyzes the concepts of the design changes and site access and their influence on engineering cost,and points out some effective measures to enhance the site access and design changes,so as to ensure the wholeness of the whole construction projects and provide scientific and reasonable reference for controlling the engineering cost effectively.
