摘要
从房产测绘实际工作出发,就房产测绘单位如何应对赔偿风险这一问题进行了论述,并提出了建立房产面积赔偿风险基金制度、加强《房产测绘合同》管理、加强房产测绘质量管理等应对房产面积测算失误风险的措施,对解决类似问题具有借鉴意义。
From the point of real estate surveying and mapping actual work,this paper discussed the problem how to deal with the compensation risk of real estate surveying and mapping units,and put forward to build real estate area compensation risk fund system,strengthened the＂real estate surveying and mapping contract＂management,strengthened the real estate surveying and mapping quality management and other measures to deal with real estate area calculation error risk,had reference to solve similar problems.
