On Isolation and Preparation of Lignans from Arctium Lappa L.

目的:牛蒡子中木脂素类化合物的分离与制备研究.方法:使用色谱技术,对木脂素类化合物进行分离纯化.根据理化常数和波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定.结果:从牛蒡子中分离得到牛蒡子苷元及牛蒡子苷,纯度均能达到98%.结论:该制备方法简便、快速,可为牛蒡子药材的质量控制提供科学依据.

Studies have been conducted on the isolation and preparation of lignans from Arctium lappa L.The components have been separated with chromatography techniques,and their structives elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidences and physicochemical properties.Arctigenin and Arctiin are isolated from Arctium lappa L.It is concluded that the method is simple,fast and quality of Arctium lappa L.could be controlled effectively.
