Analysis on the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

目的:探究手术内固定结合手法整复治疗脊柱胸腰段压缩性骨折的疗效.方法:回顾性分析2005年6月一2012年6月间采用手法整复和手术内固定相结合治疗脊柱胸腰段压缩性骨折30例.结果:30例患者中,优8例,良20例,差2例,总有效率为93.34%;结论:手术内固定结合手法整复治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折疗效满意.

Objective： To explore the curative effects of combining operation internal fixation with manipulative reduc- tion in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods： 30 cases of thoracolumbar compression fracture who were treated with operation internal fixation combined with manipulative reduction from June 2005 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among 30 cases of patients, the overall effective rate was 93.34% with 8 excel- lent cases, 14 good cases,and 2 poor cases. Conclusion： The curative effect of combining operation internal fixation with manipulative reduction in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is satisfying.
