学校教育应克服培养方法单一,要因材施教,从多年的教学实践中归纳总结出,我校工程专业的培养定位应是培养未来的技术创新人才;经发现我校学生中有相当数量的技术创新人才的胚胎,他们在学习上适合于问题——理论——实践的学习模式,教学上应普遍加强技术创新教育.提出一套对应的技术创新人才培养方法.

school education should overcome sticking on a single education method, individualized education should be considered. Summarizing from the practical teaching for years, the education position of engineering school should focus on developing future technological innovation talent; we found that there are a considerable number of technologi- cal innovation talent candidates in our faculty. They are learning suitable for the problem theory practice learning mode. Teaching and strengthening technological innovation education shall be made generally available. The paper emphasize on forwarding a set of corresponding technological innovation personnel training.
