保持大学生党员纯洁性的心理因素探析

Analysis of Psychological Factors to Maintain the Purity of College Student Party Members

保持大学生党员纯洁性是高校党建工作的重要课题,是巩固党的先进性长效机制的要求,也是保持高校党建工作活力之所在。笔者多年从事高校基层党务工作,全心致力于学生党员教育和管理。通过对党员、预备党员、入党积极分子和普通大学生的访谈,从心理层面分析了学生党员心理活动倾向,针对心理活动存在的偏差,提出了保持大学生党员纯洁性的策略选择。

Maintaining purity of college student party member is an important construction issue of college party work,is the request to consolidate the party’s advanced and persistent effect mechanism,and is the key to maintain the vitality of the college party construction.The author has engaged in the grass-roots party work and fully committed to the education of student party members and management for many years in colleges.Based on interviews of party members,probationary party members,party activists and ordinary college students,the paper analyzes the tendency of student party members’ mental activities from the psychological level.According to biases against mental activities,interviews,psychological activities,we choose strategy to keep the college student party members purity.
