裕固族非物质文化遗产保护性开发研究现状与对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Protective Research andDevelopment of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Yugur People

近年来,"人类口头和非物质文化遗产"的保护得到了全国上下的一致重视,在一系列相关政策的指导下,裕固族非物质文化遗产保护性开发研究虽然取得了一定的进展,但是与多元文化快速融合、民族传统文化逐渐衰退甚至消亡的社会发展现实要求仍有很大差距,加强裕固族非物质文化遗产保护性开发研究仍然显得非常迫切。本文针对目前存在的问题,就裕固族非物质文化遗产保护性开发研究的内容、方法、思路、目标以及需要注意的问题提出了一些对策性的观点,以期对裕固族非物质文化遗产保护性开发研究工作做些探讨。

The protection of ＂human Oral and intangible cultural heritage＂ has received consistent attention of the whole country in recent years. Under the guidance of a series of related policies, progress has been made in the protec- tive research and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Yugur nationality. But there is still much to be done to meet the requirements of multicultural integration and change the situation of gradual extinction of traditional culture of minorities. In this paper, the author proposes the contents, methods, ideas, goals, tips and some targeted at the current problems in the research and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Yugur, aimed at sparking discussion on the research and development.
