后大众化阶段高职教育招生工作的思考

A Thought on Student Enrollment in Higher Vocational Education of Post-mass Stage

高等职业教育招生工作要适应后大众化阶段高等教育发展的要求,要靠质量、信誉在生源市场竞争,满足生源对优质化、多样化高等教育的选择;面对高考适龄人口的下降,要加快生源基地的建设;适应后大众化阶段生源结构和入学方式的变化,要不断拓宽高职教育招生对象,加快高职院校招生改革;适应地方经济社会发展的需要,加快高职院校与所在区域的融合。

To meet the needs of the higher education development at the post-mass stage, the student enrollment of higher voca- tional education should rely on quality and reputation to compete in the market of the student source, and it can satisfy the student＇s requirements of the optimization and diversification of higher education. When facing the decline of the population at the fight age of university entrance exam, the construction of student base should be sped up to adapt to the changes in students struc- ture and the enrolling ways at the post-mass stage. Meanwhile, the enrollment target should be kept widening and the enrollment reform should be sped up to meet the needs of the local economic and social development, and to accelerate the integration of the higher vocational colleges and the relating region.
