城乡统筹视野下高校参与农村干部培训现状及对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Colleges and Universities Participating in Rural Cadres Training from the Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration

城乡统筹背景下新农村建设对农村干部培训职能提出了新要求,高校迎合时代需求参与农村干部培训,既是干部培训发展的必然趋势,也是高校服务农村发展的重要途径。在总结以往培训经验的基础上结合当下遇到的问题,高校应充分利用自身优势,科学论证培训项目;不断创新培训模式;逐步建立和完善培训管理长效机制;在课程设置上应适应农村产业结构调整。

New rural construction raises new requirements on the functions of training rural cadres under the urban-rural integra- tion. To meet the needs of times, colleges and universities participate in training rural cadres, which is an inevitable trend of the cadres training development as well as a critical path of colleges and universities helping the rural development. After summari- zing the previous training experience and the current problems, colleges and universities should make full use of their advantages to scientifically demonstrate training programs, constantly innovate training patterns, and gradually set up and perfect the long- term management mechanism. Moreover, they should adapt the training curriculum to the adjustment of the rural industry structure.
