摘要
以野生刺芫荽为原料,采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取其挥发性成分,应用气相色谱―质谱法对提取物进行化学成分分析.实验结果表明,野生刺芫荽提取物中共鉴定出24种化合物,占总峰面积的65.94%,质量分数达到1.00%以上的有6种物质,其挥发性成分中醛酮类化合物相对质量分数达到58.05%.
The volatile constituent of wild Eryngium foetidum was extracted by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction ( SDE ) method confirmed by GC-MS analysis. The results showed that 24 compounds were separated identified in the wild Eryngiumfoetidum extraction, which covered 65.94% of the total areas, mainly contains 6 kinds of compounds whose mass fraction is over 1.00% ; the mass fraction of aldehydes and ketones compound was 58.05% in the volatile constituent.
