摘要
对ANSYS有限元分析时,需经历前处理、求解及后处理过程.对不同参数的模型进行分析时,也要进行不同的前处理,需要重复建模.使用APDL语言对ANSYS进行平板轧制过程仿真的二次开发,实现用对话框输入相应参数.使用参数对前处理的命令流进行修改,从而改变分析的前处理、求解及后处理过程,避免重复建模,可方便地进行轧制工艺参数的优化.
The ANSYS finite element analysis is through pretreatment, solution and post treatment process. When parameters of the model change, different pretreatment must be carried out with new model repeatedly. The secondary development of plate roiling process simulation of ANSYS using APDL language creates the dialog box entered the pretreatment. The new parameters used to alter the command stream of pretreatment to change the pretreatment of analysis, solution and post treatment avoiding duplication of modeling so as to optimize expediently the Roiling process parameters.
