摘要
为了比较自主研发的高仿真全功能静脉输液手臂与国外同类产品的教学效果及成本,将两种模型应用于护理专业专科学生基础护理学静脉输液实验教学,以1次穿刺成功率及操作考核评分来评价两组的教学效果,并记录每生使用模型的训练次数,以模型可穿刺数及售价为依据计算每生每次教学使用模型的成本,比较两组的教学效果及成本.结果表明,自主研发的模型在仿真度上有明显优势,且成本降低;自主研发的模型能够创设与临床静脉输液相一致的教学环境,教学效果良好.
To compare the independent research and development high simulation of intravenous transfusion arm with the foreign prod- ucts in teaching effect and cost, these two models are applied to nursing college students in basic nursing experiment teaching of intra- venous infusion. Using once puncture success rate and operation assessment score evaluate teaching effect in two groups, and the train- ing times of each student using the model are recorded. Based on model puncture times and price calculated the teaching cost of every time for each student to compare two groups. The result showed that the independent research and development high simulation intrave- nous transfusion arm has obviously advantage in simulation and low cost, and provides consistent with clinical intravenous fluids teaching environment and good teaching effect.
