当前企业处于调整经济结构、转变经济发展方式、职工思想认识多元化的关键时期,企业应该牢牢把握思想政治工作这一发展壮大的生命线和关键点,为企业持续健康发展壮大提供强大的思想保证和精神动力。主要对粮食储备企业思想政治工作的现状进行分析,总结了开展这一工作的点滴经验,并针对工作中遇到的实际问题提出了解决方法。

At this vital period of adjusting economic structure, transforming mode of economic development and diversification of staff ideology, enterprises should hold firmly ideological work and regard it as its lifeline and key point to provide idea insurance and spiritual power for enterprises. This thesis analyzes the status quo of ideo- logical work in grain reserve enterprises, concludes several pieces of experience and puts forward the solutions to problems in the actual work.
