摘要
目的:探讨品管圈模式用于防止手术室物品清点误差的效果。方法:组建品管圈,通过品管圈的步骤及品管手法,对手术室清点物品中存在的问题进行分析改进,将改进措施在普外科手术物品清点中进行试行。结果:影响物品清点误差的因素得到改善(P<0.05),物品清点准确率达到100%。在这次品管圈活动中,圈员的能力得到提高,对工作的热情更加积极。结论:通过此次品管圈活动的开展,不仅提高了团队协作能力,防止物品清点误差的发生,保证了病人在手术过程中的安全。
Objective: To discuss the effect of the quality control circle (QCC) mode to prevent the operating room goods inventory error. Methods: Set up a group of QCC, through the QCC steps and QC practices,to analyze and improve the existing problems in the operating room inventory items. Results:After implemented QCC mode the factors affecting goods inventory error has been improved ( P 〈 O. 05 ), the correct rate of inventory items was 100 pervent. The ability of the circle members were improved in the QCC activities,they have more enthusiastic to work. Conclusion:Through this activity, not only improved the cooperation ability of the team, but also prevented the occurrence of the errors goods inventory to ensure the safety of the patient during surgery.
