危重病人肠内营养并发症的原因分析与护理对策 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨减轻危重病人肠内营养支持并发症的护理干预措施。方法:采用肠内营养泵、输液加温等措施有计划均速输注,并结合相应的护理干预措施进行肠内营养液滴注,共34例为观察组,以普通输液管滴注肠内营养液34例为对照组;观察比较两组病人肠内营养支持治疗过程中的并发症发生情况。结果:采取相应护理干预措施后,观察组肠内营养并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提高ICU护士对危重病人肠内营养的安全管理,分析并发症发生的原因,并针对其原因采取积极有效的预防干预措施,提高了肠内营养的治疗效果。 Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention in critically ill patients with enteral nutrition support complications. Metheds:34 cases of the observation group, the enteral nutrition infusion pump,beating and ether measures have plans were infusion, and combined with the corresponding nursing intervention measures of emend nutrition infusion. With common infusion tube infusion of enteral nutrition in 34 cases as control group. The two groups were observed and compared enteral nutrition support in the treatment of complications. Results:The corresponding nursing intervention measures, observe the complications of enteral nutrition group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :To improve the safety management of ICU nurses for critically ill patients with enteral nutritlon,tu analyze the causes of the complication,and take active and ef- fective preventive interventions for its reason,improve the effect of enteral nutrition therapy.
