工型鼻贴联合活瓣胃管固定法提高食管癌术后病人舒适度的效果观察

Observation the effect of type nose paste combined valve tube fixed method to improve postoperative esophageal cancer patients in comfort

目的:探讨工型鼻贴联合活瓣胃管固定法对食管癌病人术后胃管固定舒适度的影响。方法:选择食管癌留置鼻胃管病人158例为研究对象,随机分为试验组80例和对照组78例。对照组用白扁带系双套结固定法,试验组用工型鼻贴联合活瓣固定法,观察两种胃管固定方法对病人在留置胃管期间舒适度的影响。结果:工型鼻贴联合活瓣胃管固定法在病人舒适程度、感觉活动不便、担心脱管,非计划性拔管方面均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:工型鼻贴联合活瓣胃管固定法具有良好的固定效果,提高了食管癌病人术后胃肠减压期间的舒适度。

Objective：To investigate the type of esophageal cancer patients after gastric canal fixing comfort effect on combined valve tube fixing method. Methods：Esophageal carcinoma patients with indwelling nasogastric tube in 158 eases as the research object,randomly divided into experimental group with 80 cases and control group with 78 cases. Control group was treated with white ribbon was a double with a fixed method ,experimental group employment type nose paste combined flap fixation ,observed the effects of two kinds of gastric tube fixation methods on patients with indwelling gastric tube during in comfort. Results：Type nose paste combined valve tube fixed in the comfort of patients, feel inconvenient,worry off tube,unplanned extubation were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Type nose paste combined valve tube fixing method has good fixing effect,improves the esophageal cancer patients after gastrointestinal decompression comfort.
