摘要
总结分析我院护理岗位层级管理的实施情况,临床护理岗位设置为N0~N4五层,以护士个人发展和岗位胜任能力为基础,面向护理专业人才需要,制定岗位层级的晋级标准,结果表明,层级管理有利于专业技术人才的培养和成长,更加明确了岗位职责和业务发展重点,提升了医院科研和临床医疗水平。
