中药浓缩液坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛影响的研究

Research on the impact of traditional Chinese medicine concentrate hip bath on perianal abscess postoperative wound pain

目的:观察中药浓缩液坐浴对肛周脓肿一期根治术后创面疼痛的影响。方法:将104例肛周脓肿住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各52例。观察组采用中药浓缩液痔科洗剂坐浴,对照组采用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察两组患者术后创面的疼痛情况和首次换药后的生理指标变化。结果:观察组患者的疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05),首次换药后10 min脉搏、呼吸、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药浓缩液坐浴可明显减轻肛周脓肿术后创面的疼痛,增加患者的舒适感。

Objective：To explore the wound pain effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after perianal abscess operation. Methods：In 104 cases of pefianal abscess hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the observation group 52 patients with traditional Chinese medicine concentrate hemorrhoid family lotion hip bath ,52 eases of control group used 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate solution hip bath. The two groups were observed and the postoperative wound pain for the first time after dressing the physiological indicators. Results： The observation group was lower than the degree of pain control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The first 10 min after dressing, respiration, pulse, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine concentrate hip bath can obviously reduce the perianal abscess postoperative wound pain, increase patient comfort.
