On the Modes to Enhance Employability of College Students

大学生就业力培养是个人适应竞争的关键,也是高等学校提升办学吸引力和教育教学改革的关键和目标,是教育教学工作的中心。因此,应在深入理解大学生就业力科学内涵和重要意义的基础上,构建提升大学生就业力的新模式:积累知识,奠定基础;扩大视野,探索生涯;科学规划,确立目标。但其实施需要学生和教育工作者双方的共同努力,才能提升大学生的就业力。

The training of employability of college students is a key for individuals to adapt to the competition, a key or target for universities and colleges to enhance the attraction of school - running and educational reform, and the center of education and teaching. Therefore, on the ground of understanding deeply the scientific connotation and significance of employability of college students ,we should construct a new mode to develop college students＇ em- ployability, i. e. accumulating knowledge, building the foundation, expanding the perspective, exploring the career; scientific planning and setting goals. However, its implementation needs the joint efforts of students and educational workers, so as to improve the employability of college students.
