摘要
案例教学法有利于提升学生的综合素质,有利于提高教师的教学能力,有利于理论与实践的结合,因此,在法学教学中日益受到重视。案例教学法的实施分为课前准备、课堂讨论、总结点评、撰写报告四个阶段,每个阶段都各有其任务,要区别对待,以提高法学教学效果,实现法学教学目标。
Case teaching method is in favor of enhancing students' comprehensive qualities and eachers teaching t competence, combination of theory and practice. Therefore, a growing emphasis on it has been attached in law teach- ing. The application of case teaching includes four phases, i. e. the preparation before class, class discussion, summa- ry and reviews, and reports writing. Each phase has its own task, we should treat them differentially to improve the effect of law teaching and achieve teaching objectives.
