中国石油外交模式探析——基于改革开放前三十年的思考

On the Pattern of China's Oil Diplomacy——Thoughts on the First Three Decades of Reform and Opening-up

改革开放前,中国的石油外交经历了三个阶段,每个阶段由于国际形势、外交战略以及石油地位的差异而选择不同的石油外交路径,实现了不同的目标。我国对外石油关系深嵌于国家外交战略议事日程中,两者具有内在的一致性。石油外交是中国外交理论和实践的重要组成部分。通过对中国石油外交模式分析得出的研究结论具有一般解释意义。

Before the Reform and Opening-up, China＇s oil diplomacy had gone through three stages, choo- sing different paths to achieve different goals according to international situation, diplomatic strategies and differ- ences in the status of petroleum. China＇s foreign oil diplomacy is deeply embedded in the whole country＇s foreign relations strategy agenda, and both are internally consistent. Oil diplomacy is a very important part of the diplo- matic theory and practice of the nation as a whole. A general conclusion drawn from the analysis of the pattern of China＇ s oil diplomacy is of explaining significance.
