对高校后勤管理与大学生德育教育的思考

Logistics Management in Colleges and University Students' Moral Education

作为高等院校日常管理和教育教学的重要任务之一,大学生德育教育也是衡量人才培养质量的重要指标,在我国高等教育教学与高校管理的理论探索和实践中占有重要地位。高校后勤工作在提供后勤保障的同时,也通过管理、服务和环境等渠道间接作用于大学生的德育教育。随着近年来高等院校后勤管理科学化、规范化的浪潮不断推进,高校后勤本身的调整和改革为其发挥德育教育的功能带来了新思路和新课题。通过对后勤管理中"人"的能动因素的探讨,尝试总结高校后勤科学化管理过程中衍生的、可以借鉴的大学生德育教育新思路,可梳理并建构一些符合当代大学生德育教育发展规律的有效做法。

Moral education of college students is a measurement of quality of personnel training in higher education, and plays an important role in exploration and practice of Chinese higher education teaching and uni- versity management as an important daily task of college management and teaching. The logistical support puts indirect effects on the environment of college students moral education by its management, services and environ- ment. With the enhancement of more scientific and standardized logistics management, college logistics adjust and reform itself to bring some new ideas and topics in influencing moral education. On discussing the dynamic ＂human＂ factors, the author is summarizing the newly developed and moral education-tended ideas during the sicentization course of logistics management and combing and constructing some effective ways that are in line with the nature and law of development of contemporary college student moral education.
