室上性心动过速射频消融术后并发症的护理 被引量：5

摘要 阵发性室上性心动过速（paroxysmal supraventriculartachycardia,PSVT）是一种常见的阵发性快速而规律的异位心律,具有无诱因、反复发作、药物治疗不能根治等特点,经导管射频消融（RFCA）是现代介入心脏病治疗学的一项重进展,是治疗的PSVT有效方法[1];其机制是是通过心导管将射频电流引入心脏内以损毁特定部位的心肌细胞,阻断异常折返环路,消除病灶,达到治疗心律失常的目的的治疗方法。射频消融术（RFCA）治疗阵发性室上性心动过速具有创伤小,
