摘要
传统的可膨胀石墨生产工艺为 H2SO4— HNO3法,但由于大量有害气体 NO2的产生,造成的环境污染较为严重。本文经过大量的实验探索和研究,提出了用混合氧化法替代传统的 H2SO4— HNO3法,不仅减轻了环境污染,而且提高了膨胀倍数,又使生产成本大为降低。该方法得到了工业试验的验证,确为可行有效,将是一种更佳的生产工艺。
The paper mainly discusses a new method for manufacturing expandable graphite with H202 and HNO3 as mixed oxidizer.There is less environment pollution with mixed oxidizer in this method than with HNO3 as oxidizer in traditional method.Some optimum technical conditions have been given through experiments.It indicates that traditional method for manufacturing expandable graphite with HNO3 as oxidizer can be replaced completely by mixed oxidization.The performance index of flexible graphite paper produced by this method is identical with that in traditional way. But the pollution of NO2 can be decreased greatly.
