摘要
国家助学金是民族院校国家贫困生资助体系的重要环节。通过对N校进行调查研究,我们发现民族院校国家助学金政策实施具有奖助分离、资助方式多、资助力度大等特点,在执行过程中存在政策实施的实效性欠缺的问题,如学生对政策不够知情、资格认定不够准确、资格审查透明度和贫困生消费管理有待加强等,需要调整资助体系,加大政策宣传力度,完善贫困生认定办法,拓宽助学渠道,注重学生的引导和教育,加强资助工作队伍建设,进一步增强民族院校国家助学金政策实施的实效性。
National tuition assistance is an important part of funding system for the poor students in universities in China. We find that financial aid policy in universities for nationalities is characterized by separation of award and aid, diversity and greatness of financial aid. There are so many problems in aid policy implementation, such as students＇ lack of knowledge, inaccuracy of qualification recognition. Transparency of credentials management and consumption of the poor students remain to be strengthened. In order to strengthen work team construction and make National tuition assistance more effective, we should adjust aid system, give more guidance and education to students, broaden ways of aid, and pay more attention of guidance and education to students.
