和谐社会视域下蒙古族大学生民族认同与文化适应研究

Research on National Identity and Cultural Adaptation of Mongolian College Students under the Perspective of Harmonious Society

在构建和谐社会的背景下,为考察蒙古族大学生在与主流文化接触中产生的民族认同与文化适应问题,本研究以399名蒙族大学生为被试,通过民族认同量表、文化适应量表、文化疏离感量表和安全感量表,对其进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)年级和生源地分别承载着时间的变化和地域文化的变化两个维度,二者可以解释民族认同中21.5%的变异,对民族认同具有显著预测效应,生源地对文化适应策略具有显著预测效应;(2)民族认同及其亚型与文化疏离感和心理安全感有显著线性相关,民族认同水平间接影响蒙族大学生心理健康水平的发展与构建;(3)蒙族大学生采取的文化适应策略以整合策略为主,显示出了良好的文化适应性,民族认同、文化疏离感和心理安全感是影响蒙族大学生文化适应策略的重要指标。

In the background of building a harmonious society, in order to investigate national identity and cultural adaptation of Mongolian college students when they contact the mainstream culture. In this study, 399 college students of Mongolian was as the research object, through the national identity scale, cultural adaptation scale, cultural alienation scale and security scale. The results show that： （1） the grade and ancestral home were carrying the change of time and the change of regional culture, both can explain 21.5 % of the variation in the national identity and has significant prediction effect to national identity; （2） the national identity, cultural alienation and security have a significant linear correlation, the national identity of Mongolian indirect effects the mental health development and construction; （3） the Mongolian students mainly adopts the cultural adaptation of the integration strategy, showing a good cultural adaptability, national identity, cultural alienation and security can be used as a indicator to predict cultural adaptation strategy.
