高中英语学习者词块产出能力与口语水平的相关性研究

The correlations of chunk productivity and oral performance for senior middle school students

基于高中英语学习者的限时口语测试语料,分析词块产出能力与口语水平的相关性。结果表明：1）口语水平与词块产出能力存在一定的正相关关系,口语水平越高,词块产出能力越强,突出表现为英语口语高低水平组在词块流利性、准确性及丰富性的显著性差异;2）词块产出能力与口语水平存在显著相关性,词块产出能力越强,口语水平就越高,突出表现为词块流利性、准确性及丰富性对口语水平的较强预测力或解释力。

Based on the timed oral test corpus, the pa- per amdyzed the correlations of chunk productivity and oral performance for vocational English learners. Results show that I） there exists a positive correlation between oral per- fonnanee and chunk productivity; the better the oral perfor- mance, the stronger lhe chunk produetivity; their COlTelalions are outstandingly shown by the significant differences in the chvnk fluency, accuracy and richness hetween learners of high and low oral English levels; 2） the chunk productivity is sibqfifieantly coo＇elated with the oral perfonnanee： the slonger the chunk productivity, the better the oral perfor- mance; their correlations are outstandingly shown by the strong predictive or explanatory power of the chunk fluency, accuracy and richness to oral performance.
