浅谈高校班主任工作

班主任在某种程度上影响着大学生的命运,一旦班主任行为失之偏颇,很可能对即将踏上社会的大学生产生不良的影响。大学生要面对学业、恋爱、求职、考研等众多问题,在这样一个关键的转型阶段,更需要成年人的指导,而很多工作是年轻的辅导员所不能胜任的。班主任要将"学术教育"与"人格教育"相结合,关心和引导学生走好自己的人生路。因而配备一支思想素质高、工作能力强、具有开拓和创新精神的班主任队伍,有助于提高学校的管理水平和管理质量,有助于培养出优秀的建设者和接班人。

To some extent teacher affects the fate of students, once teacher’s behavior biased, it will be negative impact on college students who will step into society. Students face up some problems such as studies, love, job ect. In such critical period, they need guidance by adult. But young counselor is in competence. Class teacher should combine “academic education” with “character education” to care about students. Therefore, class teacher equipped with a high ideological quality, work ability, pioneering and innovative teacher team helps to improve the management and quality to cultivate outstanding builders and successors.
