A Reflection on “Temporary Husband and Wife”

"临时夫妻"是一种在打工族中出现的不合法现象。这种灰色"婚姻"使双方承受着巨大的伦理和法律考验,同时也隐藏着不可小觑的社会危害,究其原因主要是早已存在的城乡二元结构阻挡了打工者与城市融合的步伐,企业对农民工休假、娱乐等释放压力的精神福利较少以及人们道德法制观念的淡薄。要减少、消除这种现象也需要从制度、企业以及社会对农民工的道德法制宣传三方面寻找对策。

The ＂temporary husband and wife＂is a reasonable but unlawful phenomenon in the working group.This ＂marriage＂keeps the partners under tremendous ethical and legal test,and also might cause great harm to the society,the reasons for which mainly lie in the pre-existing urban-rural dual structure blocking the pace of integration of migrant workers and urban,and less spiritual well-beings,e.g.leaves and entertainment for migrant workers to release pressure,as well as the people’ s weak sense of the moral and legal system.To reduce this phenomenon,countermeasures should be found from the system,enterprises and publicity of social moral and law on migrant workers.
