西北农村回族女童教育调查研究——以宁夏同心、甘肃广河为例

A Study on Rural Muslim Girls' Education in Northwest China——Examples of Tongxin County (Ningxia),Guanghe County(Gansu)

"两免一补"或"三免一补"政策实施以来,西部农村回族女童教育得到长足发展。然而,由于该政策只限于义务教育阶段,当地回族女生接受高中教育的几率依然很低。因此,进一步加大宣传力度,增加西北农村回族女生接受高中教育的专项资金投入,降低西北回族女生进入高中的门槛,对其实行降低1～2个分数段录取的优惠政策,将是促进该地区回族女生接受高中教育,乃至高等教育的得力措施。

The education for rural Muslim girls living in western China has made substantial progress since the implementation of ＂two exemptions one subsidy＂policy or ＂three exemptions one subsidy＂policy.However,the policy is limited to the stage of compulsory education,so the odds that local Muslim girls accept secondary education are still low.Hence,to strengthen the impact of publicity,to increase the special funds for Muslim girls in villages of Northwest China to accept secondary education,to lower the threshold for entering high school of Muslim girls,to practice the preferential policy that declines 1 ～ 2 on a scale of admission,are effective measures to promote the Muslim girls to accept high school education,and even the higher education.
