摘要
目的研究高摄盐量与幽门螺旋杆菌感染率增高是否存在相关性。方法通过对接受纤维胃镜检查人员进行问卷调查,根据结果设立高盐组,并设立低盐对照组,同时测定幽门螺旋杆菌的感染情况进行一组病例对照研究。结果高盐组幽门螺旋杆菌感染率为59.90%,对照组幽门螺旋杆菌感染率为44.62%,高盐组幽门螺旋杆菌感染率高于对照组,P=0.001 2,差异有统计学意义。两组内男性幽门螺旋杆菌感染率均高于女性,经检验无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论高盐组幽门螺旋杆菌感染率较对照组高,高摄盐量可能通过某些途径导致幽门螺旋杆菌感染率上升。
Objective To investigate the association between high salt intake and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection.Methods A case-control study was conducted to evaluate Hp infection status in 197 subjects with high salt intake and 260 controls.The salt intake was estimated by questionnaire.Results The Hp infection rate of high salt intake was 59.9% and that of controls was 44.62%(P=0.0012).There were no differences in Hp infection rate between males and females in both groups(P0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that high salt intake may facilitate Hp infection in some way.
