摘要
大型轴流泵的起动过渡过程相当复杂 ,泵行业中通常使用 nt=const的计算公式预测真机的起动时间。该公式表明 ,真机的起动时间是由模型试验的结果 ,利用相似准则换算获得的。本文利用动态模拟理论分析、计算 ,推导出一种计算真机起动时间的新公式 ,表明真机的起动时间不仅与模型的起动时间、转速、真机的转速有关 ,而且还与两者间的转动惯量和模型比尺有关 。
The transient process during starting of a large axial pumps is rather complicated. The formula, nt =const, usually used in the pump manufacturing industry indicates that the starting time of the prototype is transferred from the testing results of the model through the analogical laws. In this paper, a new formula was derived to calculate starting time of the prototype pump by analysis of analogous dynamics. It is related not only to starting time of the model pump and rotating velocities of both model and prototype pumps, but also to their moments of inertia and model scale between them.
