大型泵站水力过渡过程计算及蓄能式液压启闭闸门的研究 被引量:10

摘要 应用瞬变流的基本理论 ,建立了用于大型轴流泵站水力过渡过程计算的数学模型 ,提出了泵站出口闸门在超驼峰运行条件下满足安全所要求的启闭规律。同时 ,根据计算结果 ,研制了蓄能式液压闸门系统 ,运行实践表明 ,该系统可有效地防止泵站开机过程中可能出现的水锤事故 ,并能实现泵站在超驼峰情况下 ,出现事故停电等紧急状态时闸门的可靠断流。 In this paper, a mathematical model for the calculation of hydraulic transients in large scale pumping stations is developed by the use of basic theory for water hammer, and a numerical simulation for Jinkou Pumping Station in Hubei Province is made. On the basis of the above work, procedures for the opening and the closure of the outlet gate are put forward, which will satisfy its safety requirements under the condition of external water level beyond the top of the discharge hump. According to the theoretical result, a hydraulic gate system of energy reserve type is studied. Practice shows that, used as the rapid drop gate for pumping stations, it can effectively prevent water hammer accident during the start and the stop of pump units, and reliably realize cutting off water in occasion of emergency. The fruit in this paper is of great importance for promoting large scale pumping stations to play a greater role in disaster relief and to protect the life and property of the people.
