摘要
针对 EPS发泡模型对真空消失模铸造工艺生产球墨铸铁管件质量和生产效率的影响 ,分析了 T型管件承插口的结构特征 ,研制了 T型承口一次整体发泡成形模具 ,并详细介绍了旋转抽芯模具的结构和设计原理 ,给出了理论计算公式 ,提出了制模工艺流程。批量应用效果表明 ,该模具提高制模生产效率 4倍以上 ,并大大降低了模型的密度 ,改善了铸件的外观质量和承口的几何精度 ,提高了材料利用率 ,降低了水气消耗。
According to the fact that EPS expanded patterns can affect the quality and production efficiency of ductile iron fittings produced by vacuum expandable casting processes, this paper analyzed structural features of T type sockets, developed one step integral expanding moulds, explained the structure and design principles of rotary contracting mould in details, introduced theoretical calculation formulas and put forward a moulding process cycle. Mass production in real use shows that the moulding production efficiency is increased by more than four times, the pattern density is significantly reduced, the quality of castings and the geometrical accuracy of sockets are improved, the material utilization rate is increased and water and steam supply are saved.
