Application of Machine Vision Technique in Automatic Harvesting and Processing of Agricultural Products

综述了国外农产品收获和加工自动化方面的研究进展 ,介绍了国外在识别被叶子遮挡或部分重叠的果实、树上果实的全天候识别技术 ,果实成熟度的检测方法 ,以及农产品加工中的自动定位、定向、杂质检出和质量控制等方面所取得的研究成果。

The research in application of machine vision technique in agricultural production has been developing very fast in the world. In this paper the research evolution of application of machine vision technique in automatic harvesting and processing of agricultural products were reviewed, such as the new research achievements to detect fruits which hide behind leaves or other fruits, to identify fruits during the day and the night, to judge the ripeness of the fruits, to determine the cutting lines, to locate the boundary of an object, to orient, and to control the quality of products.
